Terms and Conditions at Art-Attitudes

At Art-Attitudes, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We cannot guarantee the availability of all products.
Art-Attitudes accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Danish Kroner, and include VAT. We are not responsible for pricing errors or products that are out of stock or discontinued.
Art-Attitudes aims to dispatch orders received before 5 PM on the same day; orders received after this time will be sent on the following business day. We deliver to all of Denmark, with shipping costs starting from 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We do not deliver to international locations or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your items will be shipped via Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service. Deliveries are made on all weekdays, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Certain items may have special delivery conditions, which will be specified before purchasing those items.
Artworks can be delivered by Art-Attitudes on Zealand for a delivery fee of 150 DKK.
We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must report the defect/error within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered it. Art-Attitudes will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept shipments sent cash-on-delivery.
If a refund is due, please include your bank details (account number and sort code) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided via email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of issuing the refund.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased from our webshop.
However, the purchase of tickets for events or event-related additional products, such as food tickets, accommodation, transportation, etc., is not covered by the right of withdrawal in accordance with the “Act on Certain Consumer Agreements – §17 para. 2 and §9 para. 2 no. 2a”. If an event is canceled, the ticket will be refunded, and the amount will be automatically credited to the original payment account. Fees will not be refunded.
The 14-day period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession, if the agreement involves several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You receive the last batch or part in physical possession, if the agreement involves the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession, if the agreement involves regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must bear the cost of returning the items.
You must notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the items to us, send them to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the items without simultaneously giving clear notice of this.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items produced according to the consumer’s specifications or with a clear personal touch.
- Items with broken seals.
- Non-financial services performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Tickets or event-related products, such as food tickets, booking transportation, or accommodation, etc.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the items. When returning the items, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk of the items from the time of delivery until we receive them. We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery.
Condition of the Items upon Return
You are only liable for any deterioration of the item’s value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that, upon canceling the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you must test the item without actually using it.
If you withdraw your purchase, you will naturally receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the case of a depreciation for which you are responsible, this amount will be deducted from the refund. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have provided documentation of having returned them.
Pickup in Store
It is possible to pick up items in the studio by prior written agreement via email: email@example.com. By doing so, you can buy an item online and then physically pick it up in our store. When the item is picked up in our store, the
